Delete your Sumetra account
The Sumetra app is published by Radomir Rebić. You can delete your account and data in one of two ways.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Sumetra and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Choose Delete account.
- Choose whether your data stays on the phone, then confirm.
Without the app
- From your account's email address, write to podrska@rasoapps.com.
- Use the subject Delete my Sumetra account.
We delete the account within 30 days and let you know when it's done. If the message doesn't come from your account's address, we may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.
What is deleted
- your email address, password and profile data
- accounts, transactions and notes
- categories, budgets, goals and goal deposits
- items you deleted earlier that remained on the server marked as deleted
Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
What may remain
- A provider's backups, if any: for a limited time, until they expire.
- Error reports: up to 90 days. They contain no financial data.
- Your email request and records of sent emails: for a limited time, or longer if the law requires it.
- Data on your phone and backups you made yourself: these are under your control. They are deleted if you choose that when deleting your account, by uninstalling the app, or by deleting those files.
If you don't have an account
Your data is only on your phone, not with us. Delete the app, along with any backups you made.
